Our Story
Louise & Cameron
Founders & Directors
Aspiring Early Learners was founded in Dubbo, NSW by Louise and Cameron, who recognized the community's need for an early learning centre with an elevated focus on education, milestone development, and nurturing facilities that truly support children's growth.
As a family-owned centre, we are committed to three core goals:

- •Providing genuine support to families with dedicated spaces and compassionate staff for both children and parents

Louise and Cameron bring a family-centered approach to early childhood education, drawing on their extensive real-world experience across Federal and State Government, Healthcare and Hospitals, General Practice Medicine, Education, Private Sector, and Emergency Services. Their diverse backgrounds enable them to create a truly comprehensive and caring environment for every child.

Diploma Qualified, Previously Educational Leader
Previously an Educational Leader covering 8 locations, 40 staff and 600 child enrolments, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and support to families through their enrolment, tours, billing and support needs.
Education & Care Manager
Diploma Qualified, 25+ years experience
Diploma qualified, Michelle has over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, leading in centre based care and previously owning an at-home pre-school service. Michelle's experience keeps our little explorers safe, cared for and open to new learning.
Centre Administration Manager
Education Qualified
Tricia supports families with over 10 years of experience working at the PCYC, in family daycare and in gymnastics coaching, offering a wide range of Education & Care support services across Dubbo.
