    Who Are We Looking For?

The best of the best — educators with exceptional skills, experience, and motivation.

New educators who are excited to learn, highly motivated, and ready to receive extensive training to become the very best.

What Makes Aspiring Early Learners Exceptionally Different?

    More Opportunities

Our larger 132-student brand-new facility maximises access to more educators, excursions, resources, and funding reinvested into students, families, and our curriculum.

    Focused on Quality

Limiting ourselves to 20 locations keeps a very tight focus on quality — educators, families, and students all receive individualised experiences.

    Educators as Family

You'll be on a first-name basis with the owners and directly contribute to our direction and key decisions. We want everyone to love coming to work.

    Guardian & Child Focus

Our curriculum, training, and materials focus equally on parents and children — because parents need support and guidance too.

    Technology & Humanity

We invest heavily in comprehensive frameworks, processes, and technology — while retaining the humanity and small-organisation feel.

    World-Class Education

We leverage the best global frameworks and use different pedagogies matched to each individual student's needs — no one-size-fits-all approach.

    Exceptional Facilities

Our facilities are designed for children to be in small, engaging groups — less noise and distractions, higher staff ratios, and access to purpose-built spaces.

    Quiet Areas & Focus Areas
    Family Meeting Rooms
    Chef / Kitchen Engagement Areas
    Outdoor Multi-purpose Areas
    High Activity & Social Areas
Dedicated Sleep Zones — small cot rooms with a maximum of 4 babies

Breakout areas for specialised learning (groups of 4, 5, or 10)
Dedicated rooms for staff meetings, parent meetings, and programming
Electronic noise monitors in each room to help manage excessive noise
Landscaped outdoor play area designed by Australia's leading architects
A dedicated multi-purpose indoor and covered outdoor learning area

    Friendly, family-like team environment
Full-time cleaners and chefs — less time cleaning, more time educating
